Simple Sweet Potatoes And Onions Recipe

1. 2 big sweet potatoes
2. olive oil
3. 2 medium or big onions

1. Cut the sweet potatoes half inch thick into a round shape

2. Slice the onions to get onion rings

3. Put the sliced potatoes on baking paper in the oven then sprinkle them with olive oil
4. Place the sliced onions on top of the sweet potatoes
5. Bake for about 50 minutes at 350° F (170°C)
6. Serve after baking time is over
